Intention and Meaning of the Mala
The deepest power of the Mala is in your heart's commitment within yourself. To meditate the welfare, happiness, health, and release from Samsara- the Sanskrit meaning for the cyclic process of suffering which results from attachments and aversions for objects, things, feelings, and thoughts of all beings.
In Meditation, you are praying for your own welfare, which then trickles out to the connections that surround you.
An intention is a positive thought about what you might want or require in your life right now. Intentions are very personal and relate to what you want to manifest in your life at this time.
Sometimes we need a little reminder that everything is going to be alright and that we ARE doing the action steps for our greatest and highest good.
The intention helps us to remind ourselves to sit and visit the mirror that consistently places us back into our path in case it ever happens to darken, illuminating the path towards what we are manifesting and achieving.
When we wear the Mala we are reminded of our intention, helping create the reality into life.
